Along this path, it is important to know and recognize the ethical principles and behaviors of LUBRICANTES UNIDOS DE MÉXICO, as they reflect the type of organization we belong to and the type of people we are.
Who must comply with this Code of Ethics?
All employees, regardless of their position or assigned project. The pillars of this Code of Ethics are:

Why do we need a Code of Business Ethics?
Because adopting ethical principles and behaviors reflects the type of organization we belong to and the kind of people we are.

Because it represents a fundamental commitment of the Company to ensure that ethical values and principles always prevail in the behavior of workers and stakeholders.

Who must comply with this Code of Ethics?
All employees, board members, suppliers, and contractors of Lubricantes Unidos de México, S.A. de C.V., regardless of position or geographic location.
The Code also sets ethical standards for our interaction with suppliers and clients. We require all our suppliers to adhere to our Code of Ethics and comply with it in their business activities with our Organization. This document is not and does not intend to be exhaustive or include every situation where an ethical conflict might arise. Therefore, situations not covered in this Code will be resolved according to the principles of fairness, justice, mutual respect, and the general principles outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Constitution, and our internal codes, regulations, policies, and procedures.
In case of doubt, consult Human Resources, Management, or ultimately, the Board of Directors.
